These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by UNSOLVED on the website dedicated to the Gold & Crystal game.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned product.
